Privacy Policy

This is a working local business site, so this policy is written to be read, not skimmed past. The short version: we collect what we need to quote and perform septic work, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Quote and contact forms: the name, phone number, city, and service details you submit, so we can call you back about the work you asked about.
• Phone calls: your number and call details for scheduling and records. If the company later uses a call-tracking line, calls on that line may be recorded for quality and training; you'll hear a standard disclosure when that applies.
• Scheduling notes: what you tell us about your property — tank size, access notes, the date of your last visit — kept so future calls start with context instead of from scratch.
• Website analytics: if analytics are enabled, standard aggregate traffic data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). We don't run advertising trackers or sell traffic data.

How it's used

To schedule and perform the services you request, to keep accurate records of work on your system, to send you the one pumping reminder you opted into (and nothing else unless you ask), to comply with county health department and disposal-manifest requirements, and to meet insurance and licensing obligations.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We don't share customer details with third parties except the disposal facilities and health districts involved in your job, or when the law requires it.
• We don't send marketing texts or email blasts. One reminder per service interval, by your choice.

Retention and your choices

Job records are kept as long as licensing, tax, and warranty rules reasonably require; form inquiries we don't book are deleted after 12 months. You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to those record-keeping requirements) by emailing [email protected] or calling (810) 880-5858. We'll action requests within 30 days.

Security and children

Form submissions travel encrypted in transit and live in access-controlled systems. This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the revision date at the top updates and the current version stays posted here. Questions about any of it? Call and ask — you'll reach the same office that schedules your visit.
