The two-minute version
Before you call: what to expect
Calling about a septic problem shouldn’t come with surprises. Here’s the whole call, laid out — so you know what you’re getting into before you dial.

What we’ll ask — about two minutes
To get your request in front of the right local crews, we ask for four things:
- Your name and the town you’re in
- What the visit is for — pumping, an inspection, a repair, or a new system
- How urgent it is, and whether sewage is surfacing anywhere
- Anything that changes the job: tank location, access, the last pump you know of
That’s the list. No account to set up, nothing to buy, no pitch at the end — and you can hang up at any point, no hard feelings.
What happens to what you tell us
Your details do one job: getting local crews to quote your job. We share them only with local crews that want to earn your business, we keep them only as long as that takes, and we never sell them or add you to a list.
The longer version — everything we collect, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted — is in the privacy policy. It’s written to be read in about two minutes, same as the call.
Then the number’s right here
Answered 24/7 — evenings, weekends, and the middle of a February night included. If it’s an emergency, say so first and it gets flagged that way.
Prefer writing? Send the quote form — local crews reach out just the same.
